Welcome to The Sweet Co. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
Booking & Payment
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made in full by the agreed deadline prior to your event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to cancel your event, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. While deposits cannot be returned, we may, at our discretion, apply a portion of the paid amount toward a future booking within 6 months, based on availability.
Force Majeure (Natural Events)
The Sweet Co. is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event, but we are not obligated to provide a refund.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing access to the venue at the agreed-upon time and ensuring safe, clean conditions for setup and service. The Sweet Co. reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, our products are prepared in facilities that may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, and other common allergens. The client is responsible for informing us in advance of any known guest allergies or dietary restrictions. The Sweet Co. is not liable for allergic reactions if such information is not disclosed prior to the event.
Photography & Marketing
By booking with The Sweet Co., you agree that photos taken at your event may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event date.
Travel & Delivery
Additional fees may apply for events outside our standard service areas. The Sweet Co. may travel for select events based on availability and location. All travel fees will be discussed during the booking process.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
